What to do if a flight is canceled?
If your flight has been cancelled, you can request:
rebooking your ticket to another flight operated by the same airline;
a refund for your ticket.
How can I tell if my flight has been cancelled?
A flight cancellation is considered confirmed if:
you have received a cancellation notification from Kupi.com or the airline;
the airline's website or the airport departure board shows that the flight has been cancelled.
What options are available after a flight cancellation?
Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the airline may offer:
rebooking to another flight on the same route;
an involuntary refund if there are no suitable alternative flights available or the offered option does not work for you.
Please note: exchange and refund conditions are determined by the airline and may vary depending on the carrier.
How do I submit a request?
To exchange your ticket
Open your booking in your account โ click "Change ticket" in the app or "Request an exchange" on the website โ select the affected flight and choose "Involuntary exchange" as the reason.
You may also attach proof of the flight cancellation, such as a screenshot of an email or other notification from the airline.
To request a refund
Open your booking in your account โ click "Refund ticket" in the app or "Request a refund" on the website โ select the affected flight and choose "Involuntary refund" as the reason.
Please indicate that you definitely do not plan to travel if:
the flight has been cancelled and the airline has not offered any alternative. According to the rules of many airlines, you must still remove yourself from the cancelled flight;
you are certain that you do not need a ticket exchange.
In this case, your seat on the flight will be cancelled. Please note that once removed from the flight, your seat cannot be restored and the ticket will become invalid.
You may also attach proof of the flight cancellation to your exchange or refund request, if available, such as a screenshot of an email or other notification from the airline.
