Skypark

Want to ride, but “not ride”? We understand. And Skypark, apparently, does too. That's why it offers many attractions suitable for those who crave a kind of “safe extreme.” Here you'll find the Skybridge suspension bridge connecting the slopes of the Akhtyr Gorge, Bungy 207 and Bungy 207 Pro jumps, and SochiSwing – the highest mountain swing in the world. Helicopter tours

See the mountains, ride, and stay seated at the same time. Walked across the bridge? Great, now get on the swings. Yes, they are on the edge of the gorge, but that's the whole point. You soar into the air over the abyss and admire the mountains while your heart stops. From a mix of fear and delight. Ride, but not down the mountains

Rodelbahn

An option for an active and fun date in the Olympic Village. The sleds here are two-seater, perfect for couples. They glide along rails at a speed of 40 km/h on a route with three turns. This rodelbahn operates year-round, and in the evenings, it's illuminated with colorful lights, making the ride even more enchanting.

Luge and bobsleigh track

Does 40 km/h seem too slow? Then switch from a sled to a bobsleigh (though technically it's also a sled). Here, the speed reaches 125 km/h, though you won't be allowed to drive it (which is logical). So, an experienced pilot will guide the descent. Still want independence? Then take a "vuchka". This soft bobsleigh is specially designed for tourist descents without a pilot. The track, by the way, is a real Olympic one in both options!

Reindeer farm

Let's continue exploring unusual modes of transport, this time – sleds with reindeer in harness. Real northern ones, mind you! They were brought here from a Surgut reindeer breeding ground, lichen was delivered for feeding, and now guests of Krasnaya Polyana go to the "Forest of Wonders" park to see these amazing northerners, feed them, and pet them. Winter is the best time for such a visit, as the reindeer will also give you a ride along the snowy road. A real fairy tale!

For restoring balance – come here. And at all levels, even fundamental ones. Starting from earth, water, air, and fire. A steam room with a hayloft, swings, and panoramic windows. To warm up in the heat of a traditional banya and simultaneously admire the landscapes. Since Krasnaya Polyana, and Sochi in general, is primarily a resort, year-round heated pools are mainly found in hotels here. Fortunately, some allow guest visits.

Green Flow Hotel

Those beautiful social media photos from an infinity pool, where a smooth strip of water turns into a zigzag of mountain peaks, and steam curls above the blue surface – they're from here. The Olympic Village also has its share of water entertainment. Sunshine Park does not have a room fund, so all visitors here are guests of the complex. If you still don't want to leave the epicenter of Sochi's winter events, you can choose Country Hills Resort as your permanent base.
