A list of all unpaid fines will appear before you. This table presents all violations committed with the vehicle, regardless of who was driving it.

On the next page, you need to fill out an application. Check the box "submit a new application" or select a draft from existing ones (if you have done this before), then click the "Continue" button:
In the new window, you need to consent to the processing of personal data, check the box "Agree" and click "Next":
Since you are already authorized in the system, your full name will be pre-filled; you only need to specify your INN and region. After filling in and checking all fields, click "Submit Application":
Please note that you will only be placed on the travel ban list if the total amount of your debts exceeds 10,000 rubles.
How far in advance should you check for debts?
Preferably 2-3 weeks in advance; this is the timeframe in which you can settle them without problems and the information in the database will be updated. After paying a fine or settling a debt, the record in the database will be deleted or changed within a week after payment.Which specific debts should be checked before traveling abroad?

Checking tax debts before traveling abroad
Information about tax debts can be obtained on the public services website - www.gosuslugi.ru. On the main page, in the "Popular Services" section, click on the sub-section "Tax arrears of individuals":

Please note that to receive information, you must be authorized on the public services website.
On the next page, you need to fill out an application. Check the box "submit a new application" or select a draft from existing ones (if you have done this before), then click the "Continue" button:

Please note that the application may be processed for up to 2 minutes, after which you will receive information about all unpaid taxes and penalties.You can pay the debt at a bank; unfortunately, the public services portal does not yet provide such an option.
