I already bought an adult ticket, but later needed a child's ticket, what should I do?
If you already have an existing order for an adult passenger, issued on Kupi.com, and later decided to book a ticket for a child under 12 years old for the same flight, you need to:
Send a request on the order page to our Customer Care Service, selecting "Other actions" as the reason for your request.
Provide the child's details: their last name/first name, date of birth, international passport number or another documetn, and validity period for the international passport.
Attach a scanned copy of the child's identity document (birth certificate or international passport) to the request.
A link for payment of such an order will be sent to you in a reply email. Payment is possible only by bank card.

For issuing an infant ticket (under 2 years old, not inclusive) without a separate seat, no fee is charged. The exception is Pobeda airline flights: for issuing an infant ticket, the fee is 90 rubles for each flight segment.
It is also possible to book a ticket for a child for part of the route (for example, the parent flies alone there, and back with the child). However, a child cannot fly alone. If it is still necessary to send a child without adult accompaniment, parents need to contact the airline to purchase such a ticket and arrange the necessary documents.
