For any reporting, an itinerary receipt and a boarding pass should be sufficient. You can find your itinerary receipt in your email in a letter with the subject «Your Plane Ticket» or download it again in your Kupi.com Personal Account. 

If you have lost your boarding pass with an airport stamp, only a certificate from the airline-carrier stating that you used the ticket and completed the flight can replace it. As a rule, it can be requested through the airline's website.
