The sanctuary welcomes guests six days a week. Please note that it is closed on Mondays for maintenance work and to provide the animals with extra rest.

From Tuesday to Sunday, the doors are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is recommended to book your visiting slots in advance, as group sizes are limited for the comfort of both the elephants and the visitors.
