Orientarium Zoo Łódź is one of the most modern and impressive attractions not only in Łódź but in all of Poland. This unique complex is a harmonious blend of a classic zoo and the innovative "Orientarium" pavilion, entirely dedicated to the amazing fauna of Southeast Asia. A visit to this place promises to be a real adventure for the whole family and nature lovers.
On the zoo's extensive territory, covering over 16 hectares, live about 3,350 animals representing more than 550 different species, including rare and endangered ones. This makes it one of the largest and most diverse zoological gardens in the region. The thoughtful layout and spacious enclosures create comfortable conditions for the animals and allow visitors to observe their lives in an environment as close as possible to their natural habitat.

The crown jewel of the complex is the Orientarium pavilion. Here, guests can expect an exciting immersion into the world of Asian nature. You can walk through an underwater tunnel in a massive aquarium, watching sharks and rays swim overhead, visit enclosures with orangutans and other monkey species, and see one of Europe's largest enclosures for Indian elephants with a huge pool. The daily demonstration of elephant bathing is one of the most popular sights.
In addition to large animals, the Orientarium features other exotic inhabitants: from Malayan bears and gibbons to a record-sized gharial crocodile. The complex is open year-round and offers unforgettable experiences, introducing visitors to the biodiversity of distant lands and the importance of its preservation.
