This unique complex occupies the historic buildings of a former leather factory, transforming an industrial past into a space for discovery. Its main architectural landmark is the 45-meter tower, which once served as a water tower and is now one of the region's best observation decks.
Currently, Tietomaa is undergoing a major renovation. The center is temporarily closed for reconstruction, set to reopen in October 2026 with a brand-new look as part of a museum and science cluster called Tiima.
